Breakfast cookies - Body for Life

Introduction

Makes one quick serving for on the way out the door. I found it at Body for life.com. Makes one quick serving for on the way out the door. I found it at Body for life.com.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup of Quick Oats
    3 egg whites (med eggs)
    2 - 3 packets Sweet & Low
    1 Tbsp cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Mix oats, sweetner & cinnamon and set aside. Beat egg whites with the vanilla until frothy. Fold in the oatmeal mixture. Spoon small clusters ( about the size of a quarter) onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with non-fat cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 5-8 minutes. Eat while still warm. They don’t taste as good cold! So bake them & eat on the way to work!
** I used liquid egg whites which made it very quick and easy. I also used a toaster oven instead of heating up the big oven.
