A yummy smoothie thats actually enough for three or four to enjoy! A yummy smoothie thats actually enough for three or four to enjoy!

Ingredients

    1 Cup nonfat milk
    1 med banana ,cut into chunks
    1 pkg. (approx.12 oz.)mixed berries, frozen
    16oz. yogplait low-fat strawberry yogurt

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender. blend up. pour and enjoy!
