3/4 cup each of brown rice and dried lentils
    1/4 c. chopped onion, chopped
    1 small carrot chopped
    1 small stalk celery chopped

    salt, pepper to taste

    1/4 tsp cumin
dash of cayenne pepper (to taste) if desired
