MY HOMESTYLE SALMON PATTIES

Introduction

These are the Salmon patties that I grew up eating as a child, and now share with my children. They are always a hit, and my famiy loves them! My kids love to eat the "Bones" and always are so excited when they find one in the patties!! These are the Salmon patties that I grew up eating as a child, and now share with my children. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Can Salmon
    egg subsitute (Equilivant to 1 egg)
    1 tbsp dried parsley
    2 tbsp dehydrated onion flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 cup uncooked oatmeal

Directions

Open can of Salmon and drain. Comine in bowl Salmon, egg, Parsley, Onion, and salt and pepper. Mix well with a fork. Add bread crumbs and oatmeal. Continue mixing with fork until well combined, then shape and press into small patties with hands. If too wet then you can add more breadcrumbs.
Place in a skillet that has a small layer of oil in the bottom, and cook until browned on one side, then flip to brown the other side. Medium heat.
It takes about 10-15 mintues to brown.
Remove from pan and serve with Ketchup or dressing sauce.

Dressing sauce-
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Mayo.
Paprika
Sugar to taste

Makes 6 servings.
