  • Terrific flavor and density. I too used whole wheat flour - otherwise used exact ingredients as directed. I didn't bake as long as directed - a toothpick came out almost clean at 15 minutes so I pulled them. Very filling, thanks! - 4/22/13

  • These muffins were great. I used all wheat flour, almond milk, and all brown sugar and they turned out great! :) - 12/1/10

  • Made it with whole wheat flour. Very solid little muffin - not very fluffy or large but tasty and not very sweet. Didn't have any allspice so threw some cinnamon in there - tasted great. - 12/7/09

  • I liked the muffins. They're not too sweet, also needs 1.5 cups flour and the mixing section forgets to mention to add the egg and oil. - 1/19/08
