Apple pie oatmeal

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *Quaker Quick minute Oatmeal plain w/water, 0.33 cup and 3/4 cup water
    Apples, dried, 1 ring diced
    Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .15 tsp
    Walnuts, 3 halfs cruched in small pieces
    Milk, 1%, .25 cup
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), .4 grams
    Brown Sugar, 2 tsp unpacked
    Option: add a little less oats and add a tbsp of quinoa as well

Directions

in a stove top pot combine oatmeal, water, & juice concentrate
while heating add spices, apple pieces, and nuts.
When water is absorbed pour into bowl adding flax & sugar on the top and pour on the milk
