Introduction

You may substitute flaked turkey, chicken, or ham for the tuna. You may substitute flaked turkey, chicken, or ham for the tuna.

Ingredients

    1 - 7 oz can of tuna, drained
    1 stalk celery, minced
    2 green onions, minced
    1 apple, cored and chopped
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp curry powder
    3 Tbsp fat free mayo

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. To serve, scoop desired amount into pitas, tortilla shells, bread, or buns and top with lettuce.
