Southwest Chicken Chili (Slowcooker)

I cannot claim credit for this. My friend Tammy came up with it on her own and I'm just documenting it for her. It's delicious and so good on chilly days! The prep is quick and easy; you just combine the ingrediants in the morning and by dinnertime, it's done! I cannot claim credit for this. Ingredients
-
one can of S&W low sodium black beans (rinsed), one can of Campbell's Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup, three FROZEN chicken breasts, one can of Green Giant Mexicorn, and 1/4 cup of red onion (optional topping).
Directions
Combine black beans, soup, chicken and mexicorn in slowcooker/crockpot. Chicken must be frozen to start with, using fresh doesn't work! You can set your crockpot to low and cook for 8 hours, or if you have less time you can put it on high for only 4 hours.
I use a few dashes of hot sauce and light sour cream for toppings, as well as the chopped red onion.
Tip: Make double the recipe and freeze half!
Number of Servings: 4.5

AWFUL NO SEASONINGS ? - 2/4/09

The chili actually doesn't need any seasoning... the combination of the beans and soup give it quite enough flavor. :)
