Chicken Flat Out Pizzas

Ingredients

    1/4 cup EVOO
    1/2 tsp each of salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
    1 tsp of Herbs de Provence (not in nutrition breakdown)
    4 tsp parm cheese
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    4 slices mozzarella cheese
    2 multi grain flat out wraps

Directions

Preheat low broil in oven.

Heat up EVOO in a pan. Slice chicken into thin strips and season with salt, BP, garlic, onion, and herbs de provence. Add to pan and cook until done. Sprinkle 2 tsp parm cheese on each wrap. Split chicken between the two wraps. Top with 2 slices each of mozzarella cheese. Put under broiler about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and starting to brown
