Introduction

This started out as a version of MOMSCHRIEF's stir fried vegetables & Shrimp but kept changing This started out as a version of MOMSCHRIEF's stir fried vegetables & Shrimp but kept changing
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup chopped cabbage
    1 cup chopped onions
    3 cups chopped broccoli
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 8 oz can waterchestnuts, drained
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp corn starch
    .75 lb. bonless trimmed pork chops
    1 tsp Chinese five spice

Directions

Heat oil in wok;
Add meat, sprinkle with five spice and cook thoroughly;
Add vegetables, stir fry.
Mix broth, corn starch and soy sauce
Add to meat and vegetables.
Stir until thickened.
Cover and continue to cook until vegetables are done to your preference.
Serve over Rice. Very Generous 4 servings.
