Ingredients

    1 TBS. extra virgin olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    12 oz. beef, eye of round (leftovers), cubed
    1 small head cabbage, cubed
    1 green bell pepper, cubed
    1 tsp. miso
    1 tsp. corn starch
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 tsp. pepper, black
    1 medium onion, cubed
    1 jalapeno, minced

Directions

Makes two pig portions(listed)/three normal portion(not listed-384calories per serving)

Heat large skillet over medium-high heat, and add oil.
Saute garlic and jalapeno, then add beef cubes. Cook for two minutes.
Add cabbage, pepper, and onion. Cook until veggies are tender.
Mix together miso, corn starch, and water, then stir in. Add black pepper, stirring until sauce has thickened.
