Introduction

My mom made what she called goulash with ground beef, tomato sauce, macaroni, kidney beans, and Velveeta cheese. It was gooey and rib-sticking. This fake one does it for me. • Okay, I love thickening with oatmeal. Filling, no flavor change, and handy. Very tasty meal and the guys didn't even notice there was no meat. - 2/21/09
