1 carrot (about 2 oz./55 gr, peeled and cut into small chunks)
4 tbsp water
1 oz./25 gr. fresh tender broccoli florets
1 large orange, peeled and divided into segments
Worcestershire sauce, to taste
2/3 cup chilled mineral water
Orange slice, to decorate
Add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce and then chilled mineral water. Blend until smooth. Put some crushed ice into the glass. Pour the juice. Decorate with an orange slice.
