    minced onion 1 tbsp
    green/red pepper chopped 1/2 cup
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 4 cup (cooked)

Directions

brown beef strips in skillet with onion and green/red pepper. add soup, soy sauce and water; cover and cook until bubbling (sauce with slightly thicken). serve over cooked rice.
