Introduction

I came up with this idea when searching for something sweet but healthy for breakfast I came up with this idea when searching for something sweet but healthy for breakfast
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1/4 cup All Bran Original
    1/8 cup water
    1 packet Splenda
    1/2 tablespoon of orange marmalade
    1/2 cup non fat vanilla yogurt
    1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Directions

Mix the egg substitute, All Bran, water and Splenda in a food processor or blender and let stand for about 5 minutes. Blend until the cereal is well blended with the egg mixture.

Heat an 8 inch non stick skillet sprayed with non stick cooking spray about 1 minute on high heat. Pour in the egg and cereal mixture and immediately spread it to cover the pan. When the edges appear to be browning, shut off the heat and flip the crepe and cook until browned on the second side. Transfer to a serving plate, spread with the marmalade, add the strawberries and roll up or fold over. Top with the yogurt.
