Mock Breakfast Sausage

Introduction

Low cal/fat mock sausage. A healthy substitute for regular sausage. Low cal/fat mock sausage. A healthy substitute for regular sausage.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
    1 tsp. rubbed or ground sage
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

In large bowl combine turkey & seasonings. Mix thoroughly.
Shape into 12 1.5 oz. patties.
Heat skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Add patties and cook thoroughly until no longer pink inside.
Uncooked patties can be frozen.
