I just made this up based on some other recipes to see if my family would like it for a warm and healthy school day breakfast. I just made this up based on some other recipes to see if my family would like it for a warm and healthy school day breakfast.

Ingredients

    2 C. Steel cut oats
    2 C. Unsweetened apple juice
    2 C. Water
    1 Med apple peeled, cored, diced
    1/2 C. unpacked brown sugar

Directions

Place all ingredients in slow cooker, cook all night. Wake up to a cinnamon apple scented kitchen.
