Introduction

This dish is sooo tasty and soooo easy to make. Everyone I have made it for has asked for the recipe. This dish is sooo tasty and soooo easy to make. Everyone I have made it for has asked for the recipe.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can of tomato sauce
    1 can of stewed tomatoes
    1 can of diced tomatoes w/ green chiles
    1 can of corn, or 1 cup of frozen corn
    1 can of red kidney beans
    1 can of black beans
    1 can of pinto beans
    1/2 a packet of taco seasoning
    2 cups of shredded cheese
    1 cup of sour cream, reduced fat
    6 oz of frito scoups corn chips

Directions

Add all the canned goods, don't drain, and seasoning in a big enough pot and set on medium heat until your desired temp, about 15 minutes.
The sour cream, cheese, and chips can be optional but my husband and I like to put about 2 tablespoons of sour cream in our bowl, mix it all up, add some cheese on top, and scoop the soup up with the fritos. Yummy! To spice it up, try adding some diced chiles.
