Introduction

A lovely refreshing soup for any time of year A lovely refreshing soup for any time of year
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    carrot, 1 large chopped
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
    Potato, raw, 200g chopped
    Granulated Sugar, 0.5 tsp
    zest and juice of 1 orange
    Chicken Broth, 2 cups
    mixed herbs, 1 tsp
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Fry onion in a splash of hot water for about 5 minutes. Add carrot and cook a further 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Liquidise in blender.
