4 pork chops
1 (14 oz) can peas (reserve liquid)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of mushroom and onion works well!)
1/4 cup chopped onion
Arrange pork chops in casserole. Combine peas, 1/4 cup of the pea liquid, soup and onion. Pour over pork chops and cover.
Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees; uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
