Introduction

Excellent grilled Asian dish best served with brown rice/vegetable mix. Excellent grilled Asian dish best served with brown rice/vegetable mix.

Ingredients

    2 lbs. boneless/skinless chicken thighs
    5 chopped green garden onions (1-inch lengths)

    Sauce:
    4 Tbsp Splenda
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1 clove garlic (minced)
    3/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
    2 dried red peppers (optional)

Directions

Marinate chicken and onions in sauce 2 hours or more, then ready to grill or broil. Baste with marinade while cooking.
