Ground beef chili and beans Ground beef chili and beans

Ingredients

    tomatoes chili ready five 14.5 ounce cans
    Brooks mild chili beans two 30.5 ounce cans
    approximately one pound ground sirloin
    3 tablespoons sugar

Directions

brown ground beef, add sugar while browning, drain grease, empty all cans into crock pot, add beef, stir to mix

Cook on high in covered crock pot for 2 hours, reduce heat and cook on low for 2 hours

makes 10 servings 354 calories per serving
