BROCCOLI & GINGER SOUP

Introduction

I got this from a website and my children didn't even know there is ginger in this soup! I got this from a website and my children didn't even know there is ginger in this soup!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
    1/4 cup chopped raw onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp ginger root, minced
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1 cup skim milk
    1 cup vegetable broth

Directions

ADD all ingredients except skim milk, in a saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer for 7 mins until broccoli is just render.
VERY carefully, add to blender and blend with top slightly ajar to let steam escape. Puree. Add back to the saucepan and stir in skim milk.. Slowly heat until hot enough to serve.
