Hot metabolism cocktail or soup

    6 plum tomatos
    ¼ cup flat leaf parsley, or cilantro
    1 clove garlic
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more to taste
    pinch salt
    sprinkle chopped chives


Juice tomatoes, parsley(or cilantro) and garlic, stir in oil,cayenne, and salt, sprinkle with chives.

This is based on a famous diet guru’s drink to rev up your metabolism:)

for soup:

1.prepare serving bowl by filling with very hot water while preparing soup:) tomato, juice of two limes, parsley,(or cilantro), garlic, oil, and spices in blender.

3.garnish , if desired, with rose made from tomato peel ,chive,and parsley leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze:)
