Recipe also calls for onions, but my family won't eat it with onions. One of our co-workers brings it in frequently and it feeds most of office lunch

Recipe also calls for onions, but my family won't eat it with onions. One of our co-workers brings it in frequently and it feeds most of office lunch


Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    6 Chicken Breast
    1 box chicken stock (low fat)
    2-3 onions (optional)
    6-8 Celery stalks
    1 large can of seasoned tomatoes
    2 small cans of corn
    jar of jalapenos
    oregano/salt/pepper to taste

Directions

Add chicken, onions and celery to chicken stock, add water to cover bring to a boil and if you used boned chicken breast once chicken falls off the bone remove, debone and put back into stock. Add oregano, salt and peper to taste, Then tomatoes, corn and jalapeno's
