I like the ease of this. I used a lower fat peanut butter and added two cups of chocolate chips (chocolate lover here). The calories are probably skewed but it came out great. - 2/8/09

This sounds fabulous but I know there's no way I'd stop at one 1" square. Is it physically possible to cut an 8 x 8 pan into 64 pieces? Too much temptation! I might make this for a potluck. - 1/31/09

Very, very tasty -- and a little goes a long way. But 1" squares are pretty small. I cut the pan into 1" x 2" squares (32 total). That doubles the calorie count (I assume), but that serving size seems about right for satisfying a craving without too bad of a calorie overload. - 6/1/09

This is so good, and easy to make. So many fudge recipes loose the peanut butter taste, but this one does not. Almost had a boil over in the microwave, so make sure you keep on eye on it! - 11/26/10

Just made it so I don't know how well it will set yet. I added a little cocoa powder to give it a little extra flavor and lower the sugar to two cups instead of 2.75 and it tastes REALLY good! Easy to make too! Thanks for posting it!! - 5/9/09

  • This is an excellent recipe for me, a once in a decade fudge maker. I realized it didn't have chocolate so I substituted a bag of chocolate chips for half of the powdered sugar, Que sabrosa!
