Can prepare night before and heat in micro wave in morning. Or just prepare the batter. Make as you need them. Batter last a few days in fridge

Can prepare night before and heat in micro wave in morning. Or just prepare the batter. Make as you need them. Batter last a few days in fridge

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Quick, Oats Cereal, 1 cup,
    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Milk, 1%, .25 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 ( large eggs)

Directions

add oat meal to blender and blend and baking soda and sugar add to bowl

add milk,oil & egg and blend

add cottage cheese and blend
add to dry ingredients in mixing bowl
heat non stick skillet at almost med. Water drops should bounce. (not as hot as wheat flour pancakes)
cook about 2 and half min on first side and 1 min on second side. Cook lower and slower than wheat flour pancakes
I can cook two at a time in my pan. - or cook one in the centre and use 2 - 3 pans.
I usually cook one at first so if temp no right I only mess up one.
