Ingredients

    1 cup ice
    1 cup skim milk
    1 medium banana
    1.5 cups blueberries
    1 Tbsp. peanut butter
    3 Tsp. splenda

Directions

put all ingrediants in a blender or smoothie maker. Blend until smooth. Poor and serve or refridgerate.
