Ingredients

    1c rolled oats
    1/2c wheat germ
    1/2 c oat bran
    1/2c vanilla protein powder
    1c crunchy almond butter
    1 c dried cranberries (unsweetened)
    1c carob chips
    1 c light karo syrup

Directions

mix wet ingredients together
mix dry ingredients
combine and shape into 28 balls
I use a cookie scoop
freeze on a cookie pan in freezer
then put them in a freezer zip lock bag
It takes about 10 minutes to defrost
