Yellow Cornmeal, 1 cup *Flour, white, 1 cup *Splenda, 1/4 cup Baking Powder, 3 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Milk, nonfat, 1 cup *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1/3 cup Better 'n' Eggs egg substitute, 1/4 cup
Prheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 8-inch square pan. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine all wet ingredients in a small bowl. Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients; stir in the wed ingredients just until blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until nicely browned and wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean. Serve warm.
