Crockpot Four Bean Turkey Chili

Introduction

Combine the ingredients the night before, put the insert into the crockpot the next morning and dinner is done 6 hours later! Combine the ingredients the night before, put the insert into the crockpot the next morning and dinner is done 6 hours later!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey, browned
    1 large onion, diced
    6-oz can tomato paste
    2.5 Tbsp. chili powder
    16 oz can chili beans, undrained
    16 oz can kidney beans, undrained
    16 oz can black beans, undrained
    16 oz can pinto beans, undrained
    16 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies (14 oz can will also work)

Directions

1. Brown turkey until white, add onion and cook till onion is transparent.

2. Combine ingredients into crockpot.

3. Cook on low heat 6 hours.

4. Serve with rice, low fat cheese, low fat sour cream, or baked tortilla chips. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
