Ingredients

    Dannon All Natural Lowfat Yogurt Vanill, 1 cup
    Blackberries Frozen and unsweetened 1/3 cup
    Nonfat Milk, 1/3 cup
    Half of a fresh small banana
    2 tbsp of protein powder
    6 ice cubes

Directions

Throw everything into a blender and blend well, making sure all ice is crushed. ENJOY!
