1 c. cooked brown rice
1 can Black Beans (rinsed and drained)
1/2 c. carrots
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. red or green pepper
2 cloves garlic
Chop vegetables and add to lighly oiled skillet. Cook till done. Add 1 cup of cooled brown rice. Add 1 can of drained and rinsed black beans. Heat and serve.
Makes 4 - 1 cup servings.
