This chili is super easy and super tasty, my kids fav. You can alter the seasonings and heat to your taste. I usually prepare this with 1 lb ground turkey, and freeze 1/2 for our family of 3. Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey
2 cans chili beans, my fav is Joan of Arc brand
1 can diced tomatoes with chilies
2 Tbsp chili powder
2 tsp minced garlic
1tsp Adobo
3 tsp hot sauce
1 large onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
Directions
In nonstick pan prepared with olive oil spray, lightly saute onion, pepper and garlic; set aside. In the same pan, add the ground turkey and seasonings and brown. Add the sauteed veggies, beans, and hot sauce and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 6 servings. Serve with brown rice and veggies for a quick and easy and healthy family meal, or leftovers freeze great!
