Feta & Olives on Wild Greens

Introduction

A tasty low cal, sweet and salty greek salad.
Balsamic vinegar add's sweet and sour, olives and feta add salty flavor.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 cups of wild field greens or baby green lettuce
    1/2 tomato chopped into small peices
    7 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
    Mixed greek olives (green and black)
    feta cheese crumbles
    garlic powder to taste

Directions

Chop tomato into small peices, place in bowl, add vinegar, pinch of salt, pinch of garlic powder. Marinade tomato's for at least 15 minutes. In the mean time, arrange mixed greens on plate, chop olive and sprinkle on greens, crumble feta and sprinkle on greens, finish with tomato, balsamic vinegaret. Serve with french bread.
