Chocolate Chunk Pumpkin Loaf - low fat & low cal!

Introduction

This is a variation of other recipes found on Spark Recipes. I added the chocolate chunks to make it something extra special, and it doesn't increase the calories all that much! Ingredients

    1 Pkg Carrot Cake mix
    1 14 oz can of pure pumpkin
    1 oz of water
    2/3 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chunks

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees (325 if using pyrex or dark non-stick metal pans). Pour mixture in a large loaf pan and bake for 30 - 35 minutes, or in 3 mini loaf pans for 20-22 minutes. It is done when knife pulls out clean and top bounces back.
