Low Fat Tuna Noodle Casserole

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 8oz package Fiber Gourmet Short Fettuccine Noodles
    1 7 oz can water packed Tuna, drained
    1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1 wedge Laughing Cow Light original Swiss cheese
    Salt, black pepper and garlic powder to taste
    Optional Cayenne pepper
    3 tbsp reduced fat Parmesan style grated topping

Directions

Preheat oven to 375
Cook pasta, drain
Melt cheese in cooked, drained pasta, mixing well
Add tuna, soup and 1 tbsp of parmesan topping, mix well
Season to taste with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
For extra kick add cayenne pepper
Evenly top dish with remaining 2 tbsp parmesan
Put in casserole and bake 20-25 min, until hot and bubbly.
