Tammy's Salmon Salad

Introduction

Awesome alternative to tuna salad, and rich in Omega 3 Awesome alternative to tuna salad, and rich in Omega 3
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 can pink salmon drained and bones and skin removed
    1 small onion chopped fine
    1 stalk of celery chopped
    1 Tbl dried parsley
    2 hard boiled eggs chopped
    3 Tbl Light Mayo (I use Helmans)
    1/2 to 1 tsp yellow mustard
    black pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and serve over tossed salad, or may stuff whole wheat pita or toast.
Makes 4 to 5 servings
