Introduction

A blended salad. Similar to Bruschetta toping. A blended salad. Similar to Bruschetta toping.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    5 medium ROMA tomatos
    7 Anaheim peppers
    4 cloves garlic
    1 thick slice onion
    1 can tuna (in light oil - NOT WATER)

Directions

Grill tomatoes and peppers, on all sides, until tender and skin is easy to peel off.
Also grill the garlic and onion slice.

Peel the skins off the tomatoes and peppers.

Squeeze the tomatoes to dispose of the seeds and excess juice.

Cut open the peppers and remove the seeds.

Place all in a food processor, and blend until well mixed and slightly chunky.

Stir in the tuna and half of the oil. (The oil is very important. It holds the salad together.)

Serve on top of crackers or toasted bread.
