Number of Servings: 100

Ingredients

    3 lbs. extra lean ground beef
    1.5 tsp salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 cup chopped onion (food processor)
    30 low salt saltines, crushed
    1 cup evaporated milk

Directions

Mix all ingredients together well and form into small balls.
Spray frying pan with cooking spray. Place meatballs into hot pan so they don't stick. Cook on a med-high heat. Brown on one side, turn and continue to cook until done.

Makes 100 meatballs. 2/3 oz. by weight each
