Introduction

I love this recipe but so high in fat I placed the mayonnaise with reduced fat and added the lemon juice to help break the sweetness from the lower fat mayo just as delicious as the original version with only 5grams of fat instead of 20grams I love this recipe but so high in fat I placed the mayonnaise with reduced fat and added the lemon juice to help break the sweetness from the lower fat mayo just as delicious as the original version with only 5grams of fat instead of 20grams
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 cup reduced fat mayo
    1 1/2 cup romano cheese grated
    8 oz fat free cream cheese
    1/2 lemon juiced
    1 tsp black pepper
    dash of cayenne pepper
    salt to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    2 cans artichokes drained and chopped

Directions

preheat oven 350

spray casserole dish with cooking spray

combine all ingredients in sauce pan and heat until hot

taste adjust seasonings

pour into casserole pan and bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly

serve with tortilla chips, veggies, bagel chips, or crackers ( need to calculate these additional items)

serves 20 about 1/4 cup each
