Poppy seed, 1 tbsp
Canola Oil, 0.25 cup
Lemon Juice, 0.50 cup
Onions, dehydrated flakes, 1 tbsp.
President's Choice Prepared Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp .
Splenda, 10 tsp
Combine all ingredients in a container with lid and shake! It's light, tangy and served great on a lettuce salad topped with chopped apple, onion, shredded cheese, nuts, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.
