Ingredients

3 pounds red potatoes
4 crushed garlic cloves
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tbsp fat free cream cheese
1 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil potatoes until tender. Add all other ingredients and mash or whip to desired consistancy
