Ingredients

    6 chicken thighs-deboned, skin removed.
    3 cups long grain rice
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can

Directions

boil the chicken thighs, when they are done, de-bone and remove skin.

Put meat back in the pot and add 7 cups of water and 3 cups of rice, bring to a slight boil and cook for about 20 minutes.

Then add cream of mushroom soup and stir in well, then let simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
