Jen's awsome chicken stirfry

Introduction

I like to use thighs for this as they are more flavorful. I like to use thighs for this as they are more flavorful.

Ingredients

    you can substetute any vegie.

Directions

prep chicken by deboneing and take the skin off unless you get the thighs with no skin or bone. Cut chicken into bite sized peices and like wise with the veges. Mix sauce ingredents and set aside for later. Heat wok or skillet and spray oil for 3 seconds. Add chicken, veges and pepper and stirfry until crisp tender and chicken is done. At last minute add sauce ingredents that you have set aside, make sure you stir the liquid first. Stir sauce over high heat untill thickined and serve over brown rice. You can add other stuff and make this one your own.
