Ingredients

    1 packet reduced-sugar instant oatmeal
    1-2 tbsp TVP granules

Directions

Empty the packet into a bowl, stir in the TVP granules (each spoonful is about 12 calories; 1 tbsp will give you a 120-cal or so meal, but 2 will put you more in the 150 range). Add boiling water as directed on the package. Stir and enjoy!
