Ingredients

    1 head of cauliflower cut into flowerettes
    2 Tablespoons 1% milk
    1 Tablespoon Smart Balance margarine

Directions

put cauliflower which have been cut into flowerettes into salted boiling water. Cook until soft. Drain. Mash as you would potatoes, add a little milk, garlic salt, onion salt and/or any other seasonings you want. top with margarine and enjoy.
