Ingredients

1 package tempeh
1 Tablespoon EVOO
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
1 28 oz can whole tomatoes
1 16 oz can beans
2 Tablespoons chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In heavy cast iron pan saute onions in oil until brown then add garlic and cumin. Saute 1 more minute. Add tomatoes, smash them if they are whole. Add chili powder. Simmer for 1 hour. Add beans.
