Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup
Seasoned Salt, 1 tsp
Garlic, 1 tsp
Olive Oil, .5 tbsp
Butter, salted, .5 tbsp
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp
Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 6 tbsp
Directions
Melt half a tablespoon of butter in a small dish and blend in half a tablespoon of olive oil. Lightly brush six chicken breast with the butter and olive oil mixture.
Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and garlic and set aside.
Add a cup of breadcrumbs and one tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese to a plastic bag, seal and shake until the cheese and bread crumbs are well mixed.
One by one shake the chicken breast in the bread crumb mixture and place them on a nonstick baking sheet.
Bake the chicken for 35 minutes at 375 degrees, or until the juices run clear from the breast and the breadcrumbs are lightly browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle each breast with 1 tablespoon of shredded parmesan cheese.
