Introduction

I'm assuming one large portabella mushroom is approximately 100g but I didn't measure before I cooked. I know mushrooms don't at much in terms of calories, so I wasn't too worried about it. Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 Large portabella mushrooms
    1 cup Chicken broth
    Black olives
    turkey pepperoni
    low fat mozzarella cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 450.

Clean the portabella with a damp paper towel and remove stem.

Cook the portabella mushrooms in the chicken stock in a large skillet. Remove them and let them set long enough to drain excess liquid.

Once mushrooms have drained, top with sauce and other toppings and bake for approximately 7 minutes.
